Because of the diverse needs associated with data transfer, CAD drafting, 3D modelling, animation and rendering services, we provide a range of different price points, all designed to be as competitive as possible for your needs. Our pricing is based on the developed footprint square meter (m2) rate, though we do have full-time, hourly rate equivalent options available upon request based on your needs. Rendering services are quoted individually for each project. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars, GST exclusive!

 

Pricing for our services is as follows:

 

CAD Conversion

CAD conversion services pricing starts at $5 per m2, depending on the volume of work needed, the type of conversion you require and the depth of the project as a whole.

 

Design Drafting\ Design Development

Our Design development services pricing starts at $25 per m2 for Architectural, Civil, & Structural design developments. We start at $20 per m2 for Mechanical design services. This is based on a minimum number of hours and rates scale upwards depending on the total volume and complexity of your projects.

 

3D\BIM Modeling

For all 3D\BIM modelling, pricing starts at $25 per m2 and for HVAC BIM model clash detection pricing starts at $20 per m2. The final rate will vary depending on the required detail level (LOD), complexity and input documentation\files you provide.

 

Fixed rate BIM+2D IFC Drawing Set:

Our most popular product. You provide us with Resource Consent approved drawing set for your next project, and we deliver back BIM model with a full set of architectural, structural and HVAC drawings for your further design verification at an incredible rate of $35 per m2. We are able to offer this low rate for this case since concept design is predefined and from there once our BIM modelling is done, drawing sets should be relatively simple to deliver. If you require additional services on top of this, the complexity is higher and the price will vary accordingly.

 

Rendering\Animation

Rendering services are priced individually for each project. The rate varies greatly depending on the complexity of the project, the source materials and final requirements.

Animation services are priced based on the final production. Our base rate is $30 per second of animation of more than 2 minutes. If the project is shorter than 2 minutes, the total price will be $45 per second. For animation in full HD, the price may be as high as S90 per second.

 

Interior Design \ Retail Space Drafting and Design

For Interior Design services, our prices start at $45 per m2 and scale according to the volume and complexity of the project.

We can draft concept and layout designs based on your pre-detailed planning guidelines, or your own home\ office staging concept idea. We will help your concept to take shape in the real world and provide an interactive experience as we can provide you with virtually staged images with a short turnaround. Since "what if we did this?" questions are a fact of life for interior design professionals, we can help you save both time and money.

 

Full-Time Equivalent

For FTE services, contact us for custom pricing. You will receive a dedicated manager for all of your project needs when you choose an FTE option, but the pricing will vary based on your needs.

Our Processes 

 

We usually offer a 24 hours turnaround on all of our services, depending on the complexity of the task of course. What that means is that you can benefit from the fact that our studios are located in 12 hours different time zone than New Zealand. Give us a call at the end of your day, and we will start working immediately on it!
