Sudima Hotel Queenstown

The project was a four-level, 4.5-star hotel development built in Queenstown, Five Miles pricing. The structural system of the building was composed of large, prefabricated panels, beams and columns, intricate steel structures, ribs, and infill concrete slabs.

Main Contractor project management from inception for the built-only contract, organising all works on site and managing external and internal stakeholders.
